| ยุงในห้องนอนเยาะมากๆ โดนกัดทุกคน อาหารดี แต่รสไม่จัด ไม่มีน้ำร้อนอาบชึ่งอากาศตอนเช้าเย็นมากๆ |

| ด้วยหน้าที่การงาน ทำให้ผมเป็นคนที่เดินทางบ่อยมาก ทั้ง ในและต่างประเทศ ทำให้เห็นข้อดี ข้อเสียของสถานที่ และการให้บริการของโรงแรม และรีสอร์ท ต่างๆที่ไปพักมา ประกอบกับเป็นคนที่จะค่อนข้างจะใส่ใจในรายละเอียดของการให้บริการของสถานที่ต่างๆ... ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่มักจะเอาเปรียบลูกค้า และ กิริยา คำพูด คำจา ของพนักงาน ไม่เหมาะสมในบางสถาณการณ์.... แต่สำหรับการไปพักที่ Captain Hook Resort ในครั้งนี้... ผมขอชื่นชมในทีมงาน และพนักงานทุกท่าน ว่า "สุดยอด" ครับ.. ทุกคนพูดจาดี ยิ้มแย้ม และเอาใจใส่ต่อการให้บริการดีมากครับ ไปแล้วรู้สึกประทับใจ ส่วนสถานที่ก็สวยงาม น่าประทับใจอีกเช่นกัน แต่อยากจะขอเสนอเพิ่มอีกซักหน่อย ดังนี้ครับ - ควรจะมีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นในห้องน้้ำด้วยครับ เพราะพอตอนกลางคืน อากาศเย็นๆ น้ำก็จะเย็นมาก ยิ่งเป็นห้องอาบน้ำเป็นแบบ out door ด้วยแล้ว... ไม่สามารถอาบตอนค่ำๆได้เลย โดยเฉพาะผู้สูงอายุ กับ เด็กง่ะครับ |
